CONTROL THROUGH WEB PORTAL

Dedicated to control all system functions. Therefore, there is no need to buy, install and maintain any software and its accessible from every computer connected to the internet, wherever you are.

VEHICLE LOCALIZATION

The system displays the actual location of vehicles with installed monitoring units on a map. For this purpose it´s using Google Maps and Global Positioning System (GPS) together with GSM net.

CELL PHONE ACCESS

Viewing the actual vehicle position on the map is optimized for cell phone display.

TRIP REPORTS

The system creates sum of data regarding the activity of the drivers, vehicles and parameters of the trip for use in the management, accounting and supervision of car usage

• trip reports of all the vehicles and drivers from any day or period of time containing the locations and dates of arrivals and departures of the vehicles, speed, length of car idling, distance travelled separately for private and service trips and other information
• monthly vehicle usage reports and allowance reports
• fuelling and fuel consumption reports
• statistical overview of utilization of the vehicles
• driving style and trip economy reports
• overview of previous and upcoming service inspections

FUEL MANAGEMENT

Complete overview of fuelling of the cars. It´s possible to import fuel payments via fuel cards and also to monitor possible fuel leaks using an auxiliary measuring module.

SAFETY SYSTEM

DRIVING STYLES

The system automatically evaluates driving style of the drivers and vehicles in selected time interval in the following parameters

• Obeying of speed limits
• Evaluation of driver´s acceleration
• Evaluation of driver´s braking
• Evaluation of trip comfort (cornering)

This way it increases the operation effectivity of the vehicles and motivates the drivers to drive more effectively.

DRIVE ECONOMY

This function, based directly on the information from the trips themselves, calculates the ratio between the optimal and reached costs of fuel, tyres and other vehicle components in the selected time interval. This way it increases the operation effectivity of the vehicles and motivates the drivers to drive more effectively.

ACCIDENT SIGNALIZATION

In case of car crash, ANDISmonitor can issue warning by sending SMS message to select phone numbers. Thus the system can save precious seconds after an accident and speed up call for help even if the car crew would be unable to do it.

DRIVER IDENTIFICATION

The drivers can identify themselves before the trip and allow the system to create their statistics. This information is also used in the trip report. It´s possible to discern private and business trips.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

You can create your own orders that can represent any standardized identification for customer, order, trip purpose etc. Then you can attach them to particular car trips and generate a report for each order.

POI MANAGEMENT

If you would like to have the name of your company in your reports and in the trips instead of the street name, you can create your own POIs (Point Of Interest).

GEOFENCING

If you wish, you can receive an SMS on your cellphone if a vehicle enters or leaves a predefined POI.

ROUTING

If you want your drivers to drive on a planned route and want to be noticed of them not doing so, you can create a route in the ANDISmonitor system. You will get an SMS message when a vehicle leaves this planned route. It is also possible to make complex planning of particular routes and to control their progress.

GOOGLE MAPS

ANDISmonitor uses Google Maps which ensures the quality of the maps and that they are always up to date. Their operation is easy and user-friendly.

LIVE TRAFFIC INFORMATION

Using the Google Maps system you can watch the live traffic situation in the whole world.

VEHICLE BODY MONITORING

For example the possibility to monitor the freight hold, duration and location of concrete mixer or hydraulic arm activity etc.

INPUTS AND OUTPUTS

The system can gather information from various devices connected to wire or wireless inputs of the monitoring unit.

CONNECTION WITH GARMIN®, be-on-road AND DELUXE ALL-IN-ONE NAVIGATORS

It is possible to interconnect the system with aforementioned navigators and gain the following possibilities:

• two-way online communication dispatcher - driver
• sending the tasks with embedded trip destination to the driver with the possiblity for the driver to navigate to that destination automatically without the need to enter the route to the navigator manually
• the information about task completion is transferred online to the web portal for the dispatcher to see
• the possibility for the driver to input refuellings, POIs and orders through the navigator directly

CAN/FMS BUS INFORMATION

ANDISmonitor can gather data from commonly used CAN/FMS bus and thus have information about operating parameters directly from the vehicle. This way it is also possible to monitor fuelling and possible fuel leakage.

TEMPERATURE MONITORING

The system can gather temperature data using wire or wireless thermometer, in the freight hold for example.

CONNECTION WITH INFORMATION SYSTEMS

It is possible to interconnect ANDISmonitor system with your information system, which can then gain complex data regarding monitored vehicles online in standard XML format and process them according to your needs. The transfer of these data is secured by password and encryption.
